VERY DISAPPOINTED ..... When we called to inform Dumpster Man that there was damage done to a client's drive-way, we were completely blown off and before we could even explain the issue, we were referred to a website for their disclaimer about how they are not responsible for any damage. When they originally dropped off the dumpster, we reinforced the area on the asphalt drive-way with ply-wood to minimize any damage. However, the damage was done to the drive-way as the truck was leaving, not where the dumpster was taken from. How do you explain to a client that a business will not take responsibility for their own equipment failing? It was evident that the damage was done by the tires on their truck. We will no longer use this company and we will certainly not refer them to anyone. Just to make a point: In the future, even if there is a "clause" that protects you from the responsibility, PLEASE be respectful enough to listen to your Customer... it would go a long way!
